Please allow you bot to send multiple msz at first response, as of now it only trigger one response.

I want to trigger two messages on a trigger of a keyword. But failed to do so.. only one msz option there

We do have this feature available. You can send as many messages as you want. for this, you have to set this up on your bot. please create a bot with multiple text components. Sorry for the misunderstanding. You can set one component at a time with the start bot flow. you can't add two components with the start bot flow. if you want to set multiple messages you have to set one component by another otherwise you need to create multiple bots if you want to add. hope this clarifies the issue.

Sir can you take it a feature request... because multi msz is very common.

You actually misunderstand. Sorry for these not to make sure how it can be already.

You can actually send as much message you want for the first time or anytime you want.

In your screenshot, First you have added a message with button. Now in the first element, you can see Next Node. Just add another element with that first element from Next . It will send as much message you will set by next to next.

let me know if you can make it work. Otherwise I will make a video how you can do that.

Yes I got it now. One more question, can we add image or video on CTA button url. I see only text option.

We can use interactive component but there we can't connect CTA button with interactive component it display incompatible connection , we have to choose simple button and In that simple button we can't add link we have to create further a text message component for it on button replies. CTA URL button element should be used as an independent reply, it can not be added as a Interactive button.

Yes that what I m explaining... you can take this as feature request where we can add CTA Button having image/video. As of now CTA button has just text option
