Configure Razorpay for recurring subscription fee (BotSailor Reseller Only)

Here I am going to explain how to configure webhooks in the Razorpay dashboard and update BotSailor settings for managing subscription events.

The process is explained to developers and administrators to minimize manual intervention and increase event processing accuracy. Whether new to these platforms or an old hand at it, the instructions below will connect your accounts and make faster payments.

Prerequisites

Have the following handy before starting the integration.

• You need a Razorpay merchant account.

• Administrative rights to your Razorpay Dashboard.

• Access BotSailor settings for Razorpay Integration.

1. Integration Setup

• Configure Webhook from Razorpay Dashboard from BotSailor.

• Sign In to Razorpay Dashboard.

• From the menu, select Account and Settings.

• Choose Webhooks from the Open Webhooks menu.

• Add New Webhook.

• Enter Details:

• In the webhook URL field, enter the BotSailor Webhook URL from your BotSailor account.

• In secret field, enter a new webhook Secret - create one if necessary.

• Select Subscription Events under Active Events.

• Click Save to Save the webhook setup.

2. Configure the Webhook Secret in BotSailor

• In BotSailor configure Webhook Secret Copy the Secret created in Razorpay.

• Copy the webhook secret created in Razorpay.

• Log into BotSailor.

• Navigate to Integration Settings/Razorpay Integration.

• Paste the copied webhook secret in the required field.

• Confirm and save Changes.

This configuration connects Razorpay to BotSailor via subscription events.
