At the moment, we cannot use AI with conditions, which makes it impossible to sell the AI and support service. Additionally, some clients prefer not to be responded to by AI, and we are unable to set a condition for the AI to not respond to a client with a specific tag. Please allow the AI response block to be connected to the condition block.
