#2692-Product Image in Abandoned Cart WhatsApp Message

We would like to request an enhancement for the Shopify Abandoned Cart WhatsApp messaging feature.

Currently, when an abandoned cart WhatsApp message is sent to the customer, the message contains the cart-related information. Our requirement is to also display the product image along with the WhatsApp message.

The expected behavior is:

• When a customer abandons their cart, an automated WhatsApp message should be triggered.
• The message should include the product image of the item in the abandoned cart.

Reference: Please refer to the attached image for the desired product image placement and appearance in the WhatsApp abandoned cart message.

Please evaluate the feasibility of this feature and let us know if any additional information or configuration is required from our side.

We have added this feature. To use it, please select the **default template**, which will create a system template called `system_abandoned_cart_reminder_media_new_local`. You can then use this template to send the abandoned cart WhatsApp message with the Shopify product image included.
