- See the Pipeline, Stage, Active Deal, Deal Value, Expected Close, Deal Owner, Lead Score, and Source right inside the chat
- Edit CRM details instantly without leaving the conversation

- Snapshot shows Email (editable), Last Seen, Bot Name, Subscription Status, and Opt-in source
