Heeh BotSailor,
We have had enough of this dictatorship from you.
1. Making decisions unilaterally without consulting the resellers who already have active users. Those users will neither understand nor care about terms like inbound, outbound, or webhooks.
All they will do is search Meta and discover that Meta has already announced full hosting of the service through Cloud API instead of On-Premise.
What additional costs are you even talking about?
The customer wants to see their balance exactly as they purchased it:
1K messages = 1K messages, not x3.
These hidden balances must be concealed from the customer so that:
Every two messages = counted as one message.
BotSailor should absorb the third message cost or include it within the 1 message calculation without the customer noticing.
It is absolutely unacceptable to force customers into complicated calculations that may give the impression of exploitation or lack of transparencyβespecially when there are major competitors welcoming customers and giving them the exact sending limits defined by Meta:
250 β 2K β 10K β 100K β Unlimited
2. Radical changes to how accounts are used, making it mandatory for customers to merge all their channels into a single conversation, while competitors offer the choice between separate channels or Omnichannelβas an option, not an obligation.
3. Related to the previous point: navigation inside the Shared Inbox is extremely slow. Conversations often do not appear unless the page is refreshed, and sometimes the conversation appears under a different person than the one actually selected.
4. Slow synchronization with Meta updates, particularly regarding message templates.
5. Most importantly β the planned cancellation of the discount code under the excuse of βprice unification,β even after agreements have already been made with end clients.
It becomes impossible to suddenly raise a clientβs plan price simply because a single individual decided so.
6. All the above problems and suggestions are being ignored in this forum, which is apparently managed by only one person.
Based on all of the above,
The $83 monthly=for 2M = fee is equivalent to the cost of hosting a high-spec VPS server, which further raises questions about the justification of the current pricing structure and the additional costs being imposed.
We strongly warnβagain and againβagainst ignoring this message or proceeding with the cancellation of the discount code. Otherwise, BotSailor will face very dark and disastrous days, which may include:
- Forcibly taking the main server offline.
- Publishing and exposing sensitive data belonging to major users that has been accessed due to the weak security of this system.
- Releasing an improved open-source version of BotSailor, written in a modern programming language, of which 75% has already been completed.
The code will be shared on GitHub, allowing any user to install it self-hosted, develop it further, and manage billing independently without needing BotSailor.

We sincerely apologize to the resellers and subscribers who may be harmed by this action. However, BotSailor has already trained you well in patienceβso be patient a little longer. Start looking for alternatives, or wait for the release of the improved open-source version.
Silence and moving forward with these decisions will be considered acceptance of this challenge by BotSailor.
Stay tuned.
