We have some exciting news! We are currently putting the finishing touches on a massive productivity update that will change how you handle customer conversations: The Multi-Chat Workspace (Chat Tabs).
We know that for high-volume sales and support teams, every second counts. Navigating back and forth between a main inbox and individual conversation screens can be a major bottleneck. Our goal with this upcoming release is to eliminate that friction and give you a faster, more intuitive way to handle your customers.
What’s Coming?
Soon, you’ll be able to open multiple conversations in floating, messenger-style tabs at the bottom of your dashboard. This will allow you to:
- Handle 3+ chats simultaneously without leaving your current page.
- Compare customer details side-by-side for faster resolutions.
- Minimize active chats to stay organized while multitasking.
- Slash response times by removing the need for constant page reloads.
