#2596-AI Model & Token Restriction Issue

Dear BotSailor Team,

We are experiencing serious issues with the current ChatGPT 5 Nano model. It does not reliably follow scripts or step-based flow, resulting in inconsistent replies and loss of high-intent leads.

Additionally, we cannot use our own AI API without losing image and audio features, which forces us to rely on BotSailor AI tokens despite these limitations.

We request:

1. Access to a more reliable model, or
2. Full use of own AI API without feature restrictions (photo and audio recognition), or
3. A fix to ensure strict prompt adherence

This is urgent as it directly impacts our ongoing campaigns.
