#2551-Expiry Date Mismatch
Raj
Currently we are on the 2M / 3-Month Plan.
If the credits are consumed within 1 month, we will purchase the same 2M / 3-Month plan again.
In that case, the expiry date should be extended by 3 months from the existing expiry date, not calculated as Current Date + 3 months.
Fix it , thank you
Dear Raj,
I understand you’d like the new plan’s expiry date to be added to your current one (for example, current expiry + 3 months). Right now, the system works differently: the new plan starts from the day you purchase it and expires 3 months from that date.
Here’s why we do it this way:
If the new plan only started after your current plan ended, you wouldn’t be able to use its Message Credits until your current plan fully expires. That means even though you’ve paid for the new plan, you wouldn’t have access to it right away.
By starting the new plan from the purchase date, it’s active immediately—so you can use your credits as soon as you need them.
I hope this makes sense! If you have more questions or want to talk through your options, feel free to reply. We’re happy to help.
Best regards,
Kamrul Hasan
