#2549-Reseller account problem, unanswered ticket

Within the reseller account, the submenus for options such as: user manager (create button > submenu), user permission (create button > submenu), and in general all buttons with submenus, are not visible. I submitted a ticket 24 hours ago, and it hasn't been addressed. Please help.
