The memory of AI is maximum up to 15 line conversations. And it will forget the customer chat history, the greeting start over again. It's useless

The contextual memory is based on the last 15 messages, not just 15 lines of a conversation.

Dear Kyra,
We have taken this matter into consideration. We will remove the current limit of 15 messages for contextual memory.
After the update, there will be no fixed limit, and it will be possible to configure any number of contextual memory messages as needed.
