#2469-Critical Issue Image Delivered to Multiple Users

Today we faced a serious issue.
We sent a photos to User A using a shared inbox single active chat session. The same photo was unexpectedly delivered to User B as well. There was no manual resend or duplicate request.
This raises major concerns around message routing and data isolation.
Requesting the team to urgently investigate the Media handling at API level.
Session and recipient mapping logic.
Any caching or queue related behavior that could cause cross delivery.
Please treat this as high priority.

Hello Kamrul Hasan thanks for the details but i have recorded multiple issues at our i would like to connect over the chat so show you guys the current issues we have found. we also face issue of missing chats from customer where customer send multiple messages and we have received only 1 of them.
