Hello team,

i found that many users was reporting your portal loading very slow and not working properly.. so i see this issue majorly occurs only on JIO Mobile data and Broadband Network in India.

so can you ask cloduflare support about such issue.. because on other network loading very fine.

It's not an issue from BotSailor nor Cloudflare, please contact our ISP for the issue.

dear Kamrul Hasan there is lagging issue found at our end also its not only ISP issue if there is multiples chats received same time we face the issue also most of the time chat jumps also to from one chat to other chat as well or missed the chat team doing it

The point we have raised multiple times is that the issue is not reproducible on your end due to different conditions.


Please test this under a real load scenario. Add at least minimum 5,000 to 10,000 active subscribers under a single profile trigger continuous incoming chats, minimum 5 to 10 messages arriving at the same time, over several minutes.


Under these conditions you will notice the following issues.

Chat lag during active conversations.Chat focus jumping from one conversation to another.Missed chats when multiple messages arrive together.Very slow response or failure in the chat search feature even for simple keywords.


These issues occur consistently on our end during peak usage that is why we are continuously reporting them. Basic testing with limited users does not reflect the actual production environment we are operating in.


We request you to validate this with high concurrent load testing to properly observe the impact.
