Hello BS team,


Since yesterday the services have gone down multiple times, and the same issue occurred again today.


There has been no clear or official update explaining what exactly is happening.

On one side it was previously communicated that the entire infrastructure was restructured upgraded to a multi node architecture and that the platform is now stable with no unplanned downtime. However, in reality we are experiencing outages again and again, especially during working hours.


We were also informed through WhatsApp by the BS team that there was a server issue and earlier a DDOS attack due to a large number of requests in a short period of time. If this is the case why is there no official communication or update shared with users when such incidents happen?


The main concern is the repeated outages during working hours and the complete lack of communication.


As a service provider, it is very important to keep users informed in advance if there are updates, maintenance or any activity that may cause service interruption. The expected duration of downtime should also be clearly communicated.


Instead, everything seems to be happening silently while end users are facing operational disruption.


Please clarify:

• Why outages are happening repeatedly despite the recent infrastructure upgrade claims.

• Why these interruptions are occurring during working hours.

• Why there is no prior notice before updates or maintenance that may cause downtime.

• What communication process will be followed going forward to keep users properly informed.


Platforms used in live environments require both stability and transparent communication. Right now both are becoming a concern.

If botsailor already using cloudflare, but still down by DDoS, the attack should be really really huge

I believe not every time DDOS attack because using cloudflare.


seems as BS team nature they are doing changes on LIVE server and server getting crashed because i see from last 5+ days suddenly Inbound webhook was stopped working.


I remember on forum BS team told they have enabled Server monitoring, load balancer and heavy multiple servers already on digital ocean so why getting down every time?


1 week ago support team told server will be now 100% up.. i remember in past 3-4 months same downtime issue Konok told now it will be stable but again and again same issue.. client getting angry and asking for refund.. another side they increase credit pricing.. now how we can survive like pay higher cost for Daily 10+ times 5-15 mins down WhatsApp Server ?


Big question i know for every resellers.. i am aware team already working during festival and i appreciate your efforts.. but main concern is why this happens ? because in past you changed code structure also to manage load.. so now where is wrong?


team humble request to find issue and fix and stop working on direct LIVE server before testing on staging server.
