#2435-Unread chat status not syncing across team members

When multiple team members use the Shared Inbox, the unread chat status does not sync correctly. if one team member opens a new unread chat and replies other team members still see the same chat as unread until they manually open that specific conversation this is standard behavior for shared inbox systems and is required to avoid duplicate work and confusion.
Please confirm whether this is a limitation or a bug.
