#2435-Unread chat status not syncing across team members
When multiple team members use the Shared Inbox, the unread chat status does not sync correctly. if one team member opens a new unread chat and replies other team members still see the same chat as unread until they manually open that specific conversation this is standard behavior for shared inbox systems and is required to avoid duplicate work and confusion.
Please confirm whether this is a limitation or a bug.

Hello Kamrul Hasan its breaking day to day workflow this clearly points to missing or insufficient QA from your side. All major issues are being discovered by customers in live environments then reported back to your team. Even after reporting there is no confirmed fix timeline shared this creates serious operational risk for businesses running high volume inboxes.
I also suggested a proper product Roadmap feature earlier so users can track planned fixes and changes. There has been no response or update from your side on this ticket reference remains open.
