#2430-No Notification Sound

when i received new msg , my botsailor dont have any notification sound , even after i have enabled all the sound setting , so what's the problem

This is happening on both the web browser and PWA mobile app including the desktop app, the push notification is enabled but the sound effect has stopped working.
