#2230-bot won't send the custom field value to users

I have an HTTP API that successfully populates a custom field called "aqi_result" (I can see the value in Live Chat admin interface).


After the HTTP API element, I added a Text element with #aqi_result# but the bot won't send this to users. It shows nothing at all.


How do I correctly display a custom field value populated by HTTP API in a message to the user?


Please respond ASAP.

Has this been resolved? If you’re still not seeing the #aqi_result# value after the HTTP API block, please share a screenshot of your flow (HTTP API block → Text element) and any related errors so we can troubleshoot quickly.

Kamrul Hasan thanks for the response. I received a reply on the ticket after 3 days and only after follow ups. You already confirmed that the values should show if the variables are mapped correctly the ticket team ignored this point and stated that the values will not show at all i do not understand why there is a conflict between both statements from the same team. I need a clear and consistent answer.
