We currently have incoming message integration enabled in our system. However, we also require the ability to handle outgoing messages through a webhook and API.
Our goal is to directly share both incoming and outgoing messages with external systems in real time.

I have been in contact with the support team for this feature since many days because I need to link the dashboard with our POS system. There is no solution provided yet. There should be priority support for business partners so integrations like this can move forward without long delays
Outgoing message webhooks for WhatsApp are now available. Please test the feature and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Good , it works fine, kindly add the whatsapp message id as well for further tracking , for interactive text it is giving only header text , not body and buttons
