#2369-WhatsApp API Calling

Hi,

I wanted to submit a feature request regarding the newly announced WhatsApp API Calling (voice calling via WhatsApp) by Meta. As you may be aware, Meta recently launched this feature, allowing businesses to make and receive voice calls through the WhatsApp Business API.

+1 - we request this feature as it's more requested by many customer.

we are running far behind in this.. no whatsapp calling feature even 4+ months ago launched by META

WhatsApp Calling support would be a very useful feature, especially for support teams and businesses handling customers directly through WhatsApp.

We would really appreciate adding WhatsApp Voice Call integration to BotSailor.

Not including this feature within the platform will kill our business because everybody now is asking for such a feature.

For us, we can easily switch to new Ai platforms that support this feature but for you guys (BotSailor Team), you are going to loose you entire business by using us as your clients one by one.

9 Month since requesting this feature and no implementation yet neither not a single word form the team, so please we need a clarification to know what path to choose.

Thanks for your request and we are extremely sorry to be bit late. We were actually actively working on to improving botSailor UX and make it more smooth and easy to use for everyone.

And good news is, we are very close to complete the WhatsApp calling features. We have implemented it , now testing and will deploy very shortly , with in maximum 2 weeks we can release the WhatsApp Calling feature.
