Comment Automation Report: Currently, the system shows data from all pages together in one report, without the option to filter and view results for a specific page.
Inbox Search: Even when searching messages in the inbox, it’s not possible to quickly locate a specific phone number, keyword, or thread with accuracy.
Dynamic Image/PDF In templete: Currently, in automation templates we can only send static PDF/Image — there is no option to send dynamic PDFs or images. We need a system that can use dynamic URL for each PDF or image so these personalized files can be delivered directly to customers.”
