#2156-Customization on Labels

It would be very helpful if labels could have different color options for easy identification. Additionally, please consider displaying the assigned labels directly under each user’s name/number in the left column of the Live Chat (where the list of numbers is shown).

Currently, we need to open each user’s chat individually to check the assigned labels, which is time-consuming. If the labels were visible on the left side, just below the user’s number, it would make it much easier to identify and manage users quickly.

Yes i see you have added color code automatically so as user i can't decide Label color.

Where do I see it? There's nothing of any color in my shared inbox.

Shared Inbox > assign label to contact > you will see colored label

In dark mode they only appear gray. That's why I couldn't see it. I had to switch to light mode. I don't know if they did it on purpose or not.

Yes you are right.. BS team pls check for dark mode also.
