#2148-Support for Customer-Owned AI Tokens

Currently, customers are required to use the default AI tokens provided by our system. However, many of our customers are requesting the ability to use their own AI tokens (e.g., ChatGPT API keys or other AI provider keys).

Reason for Request:

• Customers want to leverage their existing AI service subscriptions.
• It allows flexibility in integrating add-ons or modules that require direct use of their own tokens.

Proposed Solution:

Enable an option where customers can input and manage their own AI tokens within our platform. The system should detect and use the provided token for all relevant add-ons or modules instead of our default tokens.

you can give option to used customers own API key

so each customer can input their own API key each of them.

but if you buy AI token from BS add on

then event your customer used their own API key, its useless

Dear User,

This option is already available—you can require your users to use their own OpenAI API key. However, it’s not possible to configure the system so that some users use your admin’s API while others use their own.
