I agree. The WhatsApp support system is very slow.
Since last week including the holiday period, there has been a consistent lack of response from the support team.
Tickets remain unanswered, WhatsApp support is unresponsive and even on the forum there has been no engagement for a long time.
This delay is affecting operations and needs urgent attention.
