#2037-Broadcast "Read" Contacts from Broadcast List

We would like to request the addition of a key feature that would greatly enhance post-broadcast engagement and improve contact targeting. Here's the specific use case we are aiming to implement:

Use Case Overview:

After broadcasting a message to, say, 100 contacts, we want to:Identify contacts who have read the message (e.g., 50 users).Label/tag those users (e.g., “Read-Message-July18”).Send a follow-up message only to those who read the original broadcast.

Why This Feature Is Important:

Helps us engage only with active, responsive users.Avoids spamming non-engaged contacts, reducing opt-outs and maintaining message quality.Enables targeted, behavior-based messaging, increasing overall campaign effectiveness.
