We would like to request the addition of a key feature that would greatly enhance post-broadcast engagement and improve contact targeting. Here's the specific use case we are aiming to implement:

Use Case Overview:

• After broadcasting a message to, say, 100 contacts, we want to:

1. Identify contacts who have read the message (e.g., 50 users).
2. Label/tag those users (e.g., “Read-Message-July18”).
3. Send a follow-up message only to those who read the original broadcast.

Why This Feature Is Important:

• Helps us engage only with active, responsive users.
• Avoids spamming non-engaged contacts, reducing opt-outs and maintaining message quality.
• Enables targeted, behavior-based messaging, increasing overall campaign effectiveness.
