#1851-Customizing WhatsApp Confirmation Message

Good morning,

When a customer places an order, they receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with two options: "Confirm Order" and "Cancel Order". When they click, for example, on "Confirm Order", an automatic response appears in English: "Thank you for confirming the order. Your order is being prepared and will arrive on schedule."

I would like to customize this message and translate it into Spanish.

Could you please let me know how I can do that?

Yes, you can absolutely change that.

To do so, go to the WhatsApp Bot Manager, then navigate to Actions Button. Click on "Confirm Order"—this will redirect you to the Visual Flow Builder. From there, you can edit the bot, update the text as needed, and save your changes.

You can also follow the same steps to modify the Cancel Order message as well.

Hello,

When I update the template, the buttons to confirm and cancel the order no longer appear. I've re-created the template from scratch and synced it with botsailor again, but they still don't appear.
