I want it to work on the flow where users can book an appointment, event or meeting/demo and users have the capability to choose schedules based on the available schedules set by the business all from the chat e.g WhatsApp.

Okay got this. This full booking system need some time to implement. We are considering it for implementation. We will soon start working on Appointment booking system with BotSailor and Integrate google Calendar as well. Thanks

I dont know why team are ignoring this feature to implement as soon as pssoble, this essential and offered by major players in the market.
