
Suggestion: Separate Facebook & Instagram Credits from Messaging Balance

I’d like to raise a suggestion regarding the current credit system on botsailor, specifically how credits are deducted for Facebook and Instagram messaging.
At the moment, all credits – whether for regular messaging or social media broadcasts – are drawn from the same balance. This creates a challenge, especially considering that a single message can consume up to 3 or even 4 credits, based on the following structure:
Broadcasting Summary Example:
1 credit for sending the message
1 credit for successful delivery
1 credit when the message is read
Total: 3 credits per message
With high engagement on Facebook in particular, the cost quickly adds up, making it hard to compete or scale efficiently.
My suggestion is:
– To separate the credit balance for Facebook/Instagram broadcasts from regular messaging
– Or introduce a dedicated package for social media messages that includes a higher volume of messages at a more competitive price
This would allow users to manage their campaigns more effectively without burning through their main credit balance.
I also encourage fellow users who find this idea valuable to support it, so we can collectively push this forward and hopefully find a suitable solution with the botsailor team.
