Hi BotSailor, Many users have difficulty of managing third-party Catalogs including WhatsApp. Is there any possibility to add eCommerce standalone module without the WhatsApp Catalog (Something similar to ChatPion eCommerce) where users can upload their product list & checkout like WhatsApp Catalog?

As mentioned earlier, many users have difficulty of managing third-party Catalogs including Meta/Fb catalog. Could you please consider creating a separate add-on eCommerce standalone module.
You can build something similar to the latest WhatsApp Appointments without the need of WhatsApp Catalog where users are able to upload their product list/services & checkout like WhatsApp Catalog/Appointments?
This will be a win-win for both BS and our end customers to have this feature as an Add-on. Kindly consider this to make BS to be competitive in the market. Looking forward to hearing your considerations.
Hi, Botsailor The product upload option is currently limited to WooCommerce and Shopify. It would be ideal to be able to connect via API, Excel, or a product database.
