Reply Messages Not Getting

If Someone send a Reply Message which we already sent , we can't able to get which message they replied ( tagged ) , kindly provide that option, also if possible provide option for us to reply to customer message by tagging it
Yes neccessary option because your support team also not understand when i tagged (replied) message.

I believe this is a feature request instead of bug actually. So please open the thread in feature request section would be better to monitor.
