Issues with Facebook and Instagram Features "Get Started" and "Persistent Menu"

I am experiencing multiple issues with Facebook and Instagram features. Below are the specific problems:
1.Facebook "Get Started" Button Not Working:
The "Get Started" button is not responding when users click on it.
2.Facebook Persistent Menu Not Working:
The persistent menu is not appearing or functioning as expected on Facebook.
3.Instagram Persistent Menu Not Working:
The persistent menu is not appearing or functioning as expected on Instagram.
4.Issue with Adding Persistent Menu in Instagram:
When adding a persistent menu in Instagram, I am selecting "postback," but it is not changing and keeps showing "web URL" (see attached screenshot for reference).

we are working on it. hopefully, we'll fix it within a few hours.
Hello There, after checking all these issue, we have found some are working fine and there are some issues that we have fixed.
1. Get started button for Facebook is working fine. If it's not work for you, please check error log from bot settings. Also we have missed to add : Get-Started and Ice Breaker enable/disable option for Facebook and Instagram. We have added it and updated to server. Now you can try by enabling Get Started button from Get Started Settings a new menu inside bot settings.
2. Facebook Persistent Menu update may take some time to update on user side. It's cache from Facebook.
3. Instagram Persistent Menu update may take some time to update on user side. It's cache from Instagram.
4. We have found that problem and fixed it.

When you click the "Publish Persistent Menu" button, the message "Persistent menu published successfully" or "Persistent menu created successfully" will be displayed to indicate that the action was successful. Similarly, when you click the "Remove Persistent Menu" button, the message "Persistent menu removed successfully" will be shown to confirm that the persistent menu was successfully removed. fix this.
