Hello BotSailor Support Team,
We have integrated the Shopify store with the WhatsApp API.
Our current workflow is as follows:
- When a customer places an order on Shopify, they automatically receive a WhatsApp message containing two interactive buttons:
- Confirm Order
- Cancel Order
- When the customer clicks Confirm Order, they receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. This action does not make any changes to the order in Shopify, which is the expected behavior.
- The issue is with the Cancel Order button. Currently, when the customer clicks this button, the order is automatically cancelled in Shopify.
Our Requirement:
Instead of cancelling the order in Shopify, we want the Cancel Order button to only mark or tag the order to indicate that the customer has requested cancellation.
The Shopify order should remain active and should not be cancelled automatically. Our team will manually review the cancellation request and decide whether to cancel the order.
Could you please let us know if this workflow is possible in BotSailor and, if so, how we can configure it?
