Hello team. I would like to politely request the upgrade that BotSailor needs. Chatwoot is an advanced, stable, and ultra-lightweight chat system, compatible with tags, custom fields, and all channels, including channel API and multiple agents. I believe that if they implemented this system as a replacement for the current chat, it would be a huge improvement for both the user experience and the server, as it consumes very few resources. This system is open source and has an official Android and iOS app capable of linking to each reseller's domain and API to create user logins. It's as good as having WhatsApp Business installed on your phone without issues like delayed notifications and messages and instability, problems we've faced for months. I kindly request that you evaluate this and respond as to whether it is viable or not. Thank you.
