#2547-Endpoint of the pause/resume IA & Botreply

Hello team Botsailor.

I want to kindly request an endpoint that allows you to pause and resume botreply and AI assistant.

This will allow me to have more control in conversations where I use an external chat.

I also wanted to suggest that they replace the current chat with CHATWOOT which is ultra-light and stable, which could be beneficial for the overall stability of the system.

I understand that they probably do not choose to replace it (it is open source) and that is why I request the aforementioned endpoints.
