#2546-Payment Failure / WABA Disabled Alerts

Hi BotSailor Team,
We need a very important feature related to WhatsApp Business API billing issues.
Sometimes the WhatsApp Business account gets disabled due to payment failure (example: “We weren’t able to process your payment… WhatsApp Business account disabled”), but we receive no alert and there’s no clear warning inside the BotSailor dashboard.
This causes a serious problem because:
- Messages stop sending suddenly
- We only discover it late (after losing time + campaigns + customer communication)
- Our clients also don’t know their account is disabled
Requested Feature:
- Show a clear banner/status in the dashboard when the WABA/phone number is disabled / payment overdue
- Send instant notifications (Email + in-app + optional WhatsApp/SMS) to:
- The account owner/admin
- (Optional) the client team members
- Include details like:
- Affected WABA / phone number
- Reason: payment failed / balance due
- Timestamp + action button/link “Pay now / Fix billing”
- (Optional but very helpful) Add an API/Webhook event like:
waba_payment_failedwaba_disabledwaba_reenabled
This is critical for operational reliability and to prevent downtime for our customers.
