The pause AI or botreply button inside the chat does not always work, you have to press it many times to react, since the last update. In addition, none of these new buttons are changed to the dark theme. Something I reported several days ago on WHATSAPP.
Another issue that I reported DOES QUITE A FEW DAYS, is that the recovery flow of abandoned carts in the WhatsApp Catalog does not work, instead sends a file and this is not delivered either. Not a simple text module works. Please, I reported this many days ago.

We have fixed the dark mode issues in the Shared Inbox and will deploy the update to the server by today.
Regarding the Bot and AI reply pause/start button, we observed that it may not respond properly if clicked repeatedly within a short period. When used normally (without frequent repeated clicks), it functions correctly. We are working on improving this behavior to prevent any inconsistency.
We will also investigate the abandoned cart message delivery issue in the WhatsApp catalog. If we identify any problem, we will resolve it as soon as possible.

I cannot give access to my account since my credentials and tokens are still exposed, something that has been requested by me and other users long ago. You can kindly attach a video where it is clearly seen that the flow works? because literally the flow sends an archive, and it doesn’t respect what I programmed, this happens in all my catalogs.
In addition, the chat options that are in light theme are still not appearing in dark.
The buttons apparently now react faster and that was fixed. Thanks.

The AI credentials and tokens are now restricted to Admin access only and are no longer visible to team members.
We will resolve the dark mode issue as soon as possible.
Regarding the catalog issue, please share the login credentials of the team account where the abandoned cart message problem is occurring. We need to investigate directly from the affected account, as we were unable to reproduce the issue during our testing.
Kindly open a ticket with our support desk and provide the user/team account credentials that are experiencing the issue so we can proceed with troubleshooting.
