My workflow in the system is that I handle all automated reply setup and configurations for my clients. I only grant clients permission to send broadcasts and reply to their customers.

However, I’m facing an issue with the broadcast feature. Clients are unable to publish any broadcast unless I grant them the Bot Manager permission. I prefer not to give them this permission because in a previous case, a client modified some automated reply settings, which caused the bot to stop working properly and created major issues.

I would appreciate your help with one of the following solutions:

1. Separate the Bot Manager permission from broadcast publishing access
2. Provide a way to hide this feature from clients

I previously tried to hide the feature, but I received an error message as shown in the attached screenshot. I have also attached the CSS file I used to hide this option.

I hope you understand the challenge I’m facing, and I look forward to your response. Solving this would help me serve more clients and continue working with your platform long-term.

Okay I can understand now. We will implement this feature by providing separate access level for Bot Manager or Broadcasting feature.

We have updated BotSailor. Now, even if a team member does not have the Bot Manager permission, they will still be able to broadcast messages.
