#2497-Live Chat Filters Showing New Chats Incorrectly

When a user applies any live chat filter such as Resolved, Blocked, Archived newly incoming chats also appear under the active filtered view. This behavior makes it difficult to clearly distinguish new inbound chats from filtered conversations.
Kindly explain the logic behind allowing new chats to appear in filtered views.
