When a user applies any live chat filter such as Resolved, Blocked, Archived newly incoming chats also appear under the active filtered view. This behavior makes it difficult to clearly distinguish new inbound chats from filtered conversations.
Kindly explain the logic behind allowing new chats to appear in filtered views.

Hello BS team while monitoring the inbox if messages are sent to other users via API at the same time those conversations temporarily appear in the inbox after refreshing the page those chats disappear from the inbox, as they only belong to recent communication chats.
This creates confusion during live monitoring as chats appear and disappear without user interaction. Please clarify why outbound API messages are reflected in the inbox view initially and then disappear after refresh. I believe this is a bug in inbox filtering logic that's needs to be rectify

This is by design. When a broadcast is sent to thousands of subscribers, all those conversations move to the top of the inbox, which can make it difficult to locate recent one-to-one chats. For this reason, the system is designed this way.

Do you thing the intent behind this design choice for broadcast scenarios is correct ? and its not a thousand or hundreds broadcasts even its just 10-20qty only still those messages reflect in inbox and after refresh it disappears. which should not reflect at all in inbox section.
However from an operational perspective this behavior creates confusion during live inbox monitoring. is there any upcoming planned to prevent outbound or broadcast-initiated conversations from appearing in filtered or main inbox views?
If you guys can implement the roadmap it would be better to know which update is going to be lunch and when and till yet everything is on air no one know when and which update will be lunch.
The issue related to new message showing under resolved and deleted chat box has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

While monitoring the Archived box new incoming messages are still appearing under same filtered sections. (Snapshots attached below)
Please reverify from your end as the issue is still reproducible on our side.
Please give a hard refresh to see the changes, press CTRL + F5 and then check.

Hello BS team It seems this issue has occurred again. I have selected the “Mine Chats” section, all new incoming chats are appearing there even though they are not assigned to me. Please check it again
