#2494-Chat Search Feature Extremely Slow Performance

while searching messages / subscriber by name or number in the chat section takes excessive time please have a look and provide the solution most of the time its stop working at all while performing and search or taking to much time to find out the messages by subscriber name or number

Yes, we are aware that the search functionality in the Shared Inbox is currently a bit slow. This item is already included in our plan and to-do list for improvement.
