#2436-Pusher live chat error on every client

Failed to insert live chat data. Pusher error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see @curl.haxx.se.../libcurl-errors.html) for @pushdevs.com.../events

please check this error for every client for all reseller panel.

Would you please send a screenshot, where actually this error is happening ?

this error visible under bot manager > error logs

message not updating Automatically, Only After Click on Refresh Icon its Working 

even i noticed incoming msg shows left side list conversation panel but center chatbox where incoming outgoing msg shows there not showing.. shows only after browser refresh this need high attention please fix team many users reported even i also see on my own account and issue from last 5+ days

Every issues regarding Shared Inbox are now resolved.

Seems issue now resolved after chrome browser reset.
