Please provide a global catalog webhook.
Actual use: Client needs to manage multiple numbers and catalogs, so a webhook must be provided for each catalog.
However, everything would be easier if just one (additional) global webhook could connect all the catalogs together.
This allows for the development of new tools and services for clients who require it.
