currently you have given a option to setup a followup reminder for ourself , which is really good and useful , but some cases we need to schedule messages to one particular user , we can't setup a broadcasting for that user right , in live chat give option to choose a template , date , time and setup , so on that particular time the message will send automatically whether we are in live chat page or not

Thanks for your suggestion, we are extremely sorry to late reply and missed the thread. We are taking it in our consideration to schedule e message from live chat. Though you can also do it by setting up sequence message right now. But we will make it simpler for scheduling message.

We have implemented a per-user message scheduling feature for Live Chat. You can now select a template, set a date and time, and the message will be sent automatically at the scheduled time—even if you’re not on the live chat page.
