Dear BotSailor Team, I would like to suggest two important feature that would greatly enhance the WhatsApp Live Chat experience for admins and agents: 1: Auto-Assign Chats (Round-Robin Method) – Implementing an auto-assignment system where incoming chats are distributed evenly among available live agents will streamline operations. The method should: a) Assign the first chat to the first available agent, the second chat to the second available agent, and so on & agent will be notify after chat assign to the agent. b) If no agent is available, the chat should remain unassigned until an admin manually assigns it. I would also appreciate knowing the estimated timeline for implementing these features. Looking forward to your response.

Dear User,
You need to select a Team Role in the chatbot instead of assigning a specific team member. Once selected, all team members under that role will be automatically assigned to subscribers using a round-robin method based on their availability.
