Kindly provide a country code dropdown option in registration form and combine the country code in user mobile number , it will help us to send a messages quickly , now there is no validation , so manually doing the country code adding , its too hard to do, please add that functionality

Along with this want whatsapp verification via OTP on registration, so we dont get fake singup
