We want to request an enhancement to the current dashboard or the development of a customized interactive dashboard for our platform. As a reference, you may consider the features and design of the following example: DevExpress Sales Overview Dashboard.
We aim for a more dynamic and user-friendly dashboard for deeper data interaction and visualization. Key features we are interested in include:
Interactive Data Visualization: This allows users to drill down into specific data points, view trends, and filter data in real-time.
Customizable Widgets: Enable users to personalize their dashboard by adding or removing widgets according to their preferences.
Enhanced Graphs and Charts: Include various charts (bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, etc.) with interactive tooltips and hover-over data displays.
Real-Time Updates: The dashboard should refresh in real-time or regularly to ensure users view the most current data.
User-Friendly Interface: Ensure the dashboard remains intuitive and easy to navigate for users of all technical backgrounds.

I’ve attached a sample PDF to the support (Ticket #6803). It includes some suggested interactive features that would significantly enhance the dashboard:
- Interactive charts/graphs: Allow users to interact with one chart to filter data on other charts within the dashboard (cross-filtering).
- Common filters/slicers: At least three filters apply to all charts/graphs on the dashboard.
We’re unsure how quickly your team can deliver this, but we must have it up as soon as possible. I understand this request may come on short notice. Please let us know your timeline and the cost involved; we’ll compensate based on the results and the manpower required.
