We have been informed by Meta that the Welcome Messages feature, also known as the request_welcome webhook, has been temporarily suspended on the WhatsApp Cloud API. This means that any webhook events related to the welcome message will not trigger or be received by your servers.

What Does This Mean?

The "Get Started" or "request_welcome" messages will not be available for now.
If you had the request_welcome webhook enabled, it will no longer function as intended.
Other webhook events, like new messages, will continue to work as usual.
