#738-option for sending audio message as recorded message

Please consider adding an option to send audio messages that appear as if they were recorded immediately by the agent, rather than as pre-recorded messages. I believe this feature should be easy to implement. I've seen this feature in some Chrome extensions for WhatsApp Web. Thank you.

We have already option to record audio and send it in Live Chat. Thanks
