1-Customizable Error Message: Implement a feature that allows modification of the reply message when a user sends the wrong file type in the user input flow. The current default message is "Wrong format. Please send correct Image." 2-Repeated Wrong Format Handling: Introduce an option to either assign users to an agent or another bot or exit the current bot interaction with a thank message if they repeatedly send the wrong file format. Purpose: These enhancements aim to improve user experience and streamline the handling of incorrect file submissions. Benefits: Allows for personalized error messaging. Ensures users receive appropriate assistance or a courteous exit after multiple incorrect submissions.
