Impliment Global Search on Forum

hello team already i told you for notification for post on forum https://botsailor.com/forum/thread/562-forum-thread-notification-required<br />
Now i found another bug in forum search if i enter keyword in search box than it search on same page only not in whole forum.
so please fix and make it global search meanwhile you impliment forum notification.
