When a subscriber is added to BotSailor from webhook workflows like WooCommerce, Shopify, and Google Sheets, the name of the subscriber is not included. Is it possible to add the name of the subscribers? Google Sheets has a column for the names of the subscribers.

While capturing data from the Google Sheets, the name is not being captured.
Is that possible to do that?

The issue is not being resolved.
I have created tickets multiple times but the issue still persists.

Make sure that you have mapped the user name with variable in webhook workflow at the bottom of the settings. Anyway your ticket will be also replied. What's your ticket id please ?
